We rather thought the motion picture Men In Black 3 should have more prominently featured Will Smith’s trademark “ha-ha, ha-ha” music, but Josh Brolin’s deadpan Tommy Lee Jones impression was a pretty cool trade-off. Filed under Entertainment Earth’s “Really Cool Expensive Stuff” collection, the Men in Black 3 Standard Issue Sidearm Replica ($599) is a must-have for the die-hard MIB fan. This full-scale reproduction is tooled from the original machining files used to create the props in the movie, and it features metal construction and LED lighting effects. A limited edition run of 1,000 pieces is scheduled for release in December of 2012, and each replica will include a display stand, numbered plaque, prop story, and certificate of authenticity.

We’ve been waiting for this movie for a loooong time. Just the idea of Jason Segel – an unabashed Muppets fan and, well, kind of a dreamboat in his own way – co-writing and co-starring in a production rumored to be the best Muppets effort since Jim Henson passed away has had us excited for months now. The Muppets Wocka Wocka Value Pack ($50) is 3 discs of awesome and includes both Blue-ray and DVD versions, a digital copy, and a soundtrack download card. Pre-order it now at a discount – the DVD is scheduled for release on March 20th.
Is the (slightly) nerdy girl in your life a Woody Allen fan? What better gift to give her than this fairly comprehensive box set: The Woody Allen Collection, Sets 1 – 3 ($150). The 19 movies in this collection are some of his most beloved classics, including Annie Hall, Bananas, Sleeper, Zelig, and Love and Death. Just think: 19 DVDs translates into the possibility of 19 cozy movie-at-home nights. Maybe not all in a row, though.
